Dr Manish M Bundele is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Pathology, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Singapore. He graduated from the Nagpur University, India in 1998, pursued postgraduate training in MD Pathology. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists of UK since 2012 and completed Certificate of Higher Cervical Cytology Training. He was awarded the prestigious Ministry of Health Scholarship for fellowship training and underwent a 6-month Head and Neck pathology training at UPMC, University of Pittsburgh, USA in 2016 under the tutelage of Professor Raja Seethala. He practices general Histopathology with a subspecialty interest in Head and Neck Pathology. He participates in postgraduate teaching and does collaborative research with UPMC in head and neck & endocrine/ related molecular pathology.

Dr Manish believes in keeping abreast with the latest evidence-based medicine and is committed to furthering the understanding of diseases through clinical audit and research. He has contributed to this through multiple international peer-reviewed scientific journal publications, presentations at both local and overseas conferences, and co-authoring of book chapter/s. His book chapters include his work world renowned Head and Neck Pathologist Prof Justin Bishop as the Editor and multiple head and neck topic authors on pathologyoutlines.com with other world-renowned editors. He is also reviewer of multiple international pathology journals for head and neck subspecialty such as International Journal of Surgical Pathology, Histopathology, Cancer Cytopathology, Diagnostic Cytopathology, Journal for Clinical Pathology and Diagnostic Pathology. He is also examiner for FRCPath examinations conducted by Royal College of Pathologists, UK.

Dr Manish is also passionate about teaching and nurturing the next generation of doctors. He currently serves as an Adjunct Clinical Faculty at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (Nanyang Technological University).

- Dr Manish is a member of International association of pathologists (IAP) – Singapore division, USCAP (united states and Canadian academy of pathology) and NASHNP (North American Society of Head and Neck Pathology).

- Dr Manish is also an invited speaker for Head and Neck Pathology session at International association of pathologists (IAP) Singapore division conferences.

Awards

-Best poster award at AHNS (American head and neck Society Meeting) 2019 & HNS Randal Weber, MD Award for Quality, Safety and Value in Head and Neck Oncology for a project on early tongue SCC, in collaboration with UPMC, Pittsburgh, USA.

-NHG Teaching Excellence Award for Senior Doctor 2025.
