Dr Ang Kok-Yang is a dental consultant in the Department of Dental Surgery, Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
He is a dental specialist in the field of Special Care Dentistry and limits his dental practice to adults with various complex medical issues (such and pre and post cancer dental care), cognitive impairment (such as advanced dementia, severe stroke), movement disorders (such as Parkinson’s), intellectual disability and/or autism.
Dr Ang is one of the pioneers in the field of Special Care Dentistry, which was recently recognised in 2025 by the Singapore Dental Council as a new dental specialty.
He is dedicated to working with patients and their families to achieve realistic dental outcomes.
