Dr Seow Yi Heng is a Family Physician at NHG Yishun Polyclinic. He graduated from the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University, in 2019.

He joined the National Healthcare Group Family Medicine Residency Program in 2021 and completed his training in 2024, during which he also attained the Master of Medicine in Family Medicine from the National University of Singapore. During residency, he served as Assistant Chief Resident, contributing to the leadership and development of the programme.

Passionate about education, he serves as a Clinical Teacher with the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. He also leads a clinical teamlet in his clinic and has received several awards for quality improvement and teaching.

Dr Seow speaks English and Chinese, and is committed to providing accessible, thoughtful care to the community.
