Dr Low graduated from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2016 and attained her Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine in 2023.

She completed her two years of housemanship in Malaysia with various rotations, including Internal Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, General Surgery, Paediatrics, Emergency Medicine and Orthopaedics.

Dr Low is an accredited Family Physician who has honed her clinical skills across multiple disciplines. She is passionate about providing quality and long-term care for her patients. Her interests include chronic disease management, geriatric medicine, palliative care, and dermatology.

As a competent academic, she is a member of the Singapore Medical Association. Recognizing her outstanding contributions to public healthcare, Dr Low has received accolades such as the COVID-19 Resilience Medal in 2023 and a Long Service Award in 2025. These recognitions reflect her dedication to advancing medical excellence and improving patient outcomes.
