Dr Cassandra Leow is a Family Physician at NHG Hougang Polyclinic with a clinical interest in holistic end-of-life care. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Sydney in 2007 and completed her postgraduate training in Family Medicine at the National University of Singapore, earning her Master of Medicine (MMed FM) in 2023.

Dr Leow is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care for all individuals, with a particular focus on those with multiple complex comorbidities. Her approach emphasises improving her patients’ quality-of-life, especially in the context of advanced and end-stage illness. She also serves as a committee member of the Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine Specialty Advisory Group for National Healthcare Group Polyclinics (NHG Polyclinics).

Alongside her clinical work, Dr Leow is actively involved in medical education. She holds academic appointments as a clinical educator at both the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and the NTU Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, and is a faculty member of the NHG Family Medicine Residency Programme. Her commitment to both clinical excellence and mentorship reflects her dedication to advancing primary care and nurturing future generations of healthcare professionals.
