Dr Gabriel Wong is a Family Physician at NHG Hougang Polyclinic. He graduated from Nanyang Technological University with an MBBS degree in 2018 and subsequently completed postgraduate Family Medicine training with a Master of Medicine in Family Medicine (MMED(FM)) in 2022. He was accredited as a Family Physician in 2023.

With a strong commitment to patient care, he has developed a keen interest in chronic disease management and Otorhinolaryngology, making significant contributions to the field.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr Wong is a passionate educator and mentor. He serves as a tutor at Nanyang Technological University and National University of Singapore and contributes actively to training future medical professionals. He is also involved in postgraduate training and residency training, ensuring the next generation of healthcare professionals are well-equipped.

Recognising his outstanding contributions to public healthcare, Dr Wong has received accolades such as the COVID-19 Resilience Medal in 2023 and the Gold award in the Singapore Health & Biomedical Congress (SHBC) poster competition for primary care in 2021. The recognition reflects his dedication to advancing medical excellence and improving patient outcomes.
