Dr Noorul Faeyza Binte O H Abd Razak is a Family Physician at NHG Toa Payoh Polyclinic. She graduated from NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine with an MBBS degree in 2018 and subsequently completed postgraduate training in Masters of Family Medicine in 2023.

Dr Noorul is an active member of the Mental Health Specialty Advisory Group at NHG Polyclinics and has contributed to the Clinical Practice Guidelines for Mental Health Conditions in Children and Adolescents. With an avid interest in mental health, she is involved in running the Health & Mind. With a strong commitment to patient care, she is also an active member of the iCare team. She also helped conduct an online group education session for diabetic patients to prepare them for Ramadan this year.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr Noorul is a passionate educator and mentor. She serves as the core tutor for LKC Year 3 medical students and contributes actively to training future medical professionals. She is also involved in interprofessional education where she engages and works with medical and nursing students posted to the clinic.

In recognition of her contributions to public healthcare, Dr Noorul has been awarded a Merit Award in 2022 at NHG Polyclinics Quality Day. This recognition reflects her dedication to advancing medical excellence and improving patient outcomes.
