Dr Chan Yi Jia Dorcas is a Family Physician at NHG Yishun Polyclinic. She graduated from the University of Otago, New Zealand, in 2016. She subsequently completed the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine in 2022, as well as the Master of Medicine in Family Medicine in 2024.

Dr Chan is dedicated to providing holistic, patient-centred care to individuals and families across the stages of life. She advocates strongly for healthy lifestyle choices and firmly believes in primary care as the integral cornerstone of a strong healthcare system.
