Dr Poh Zhi Sheng Edmund is a Family Physician at NHG Yishun Polyclinic. He graduated with Honours from the University of Manchester in 2017, with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). He completed his postgraduate training in Family Medicine in 2024 and holds a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine.

Dr Poh has a clinical interest in chronic disease management and is committed to delivering accessible, continuity-based care for patients with long-term health conditions. He is a member of the College of Family Physicians Singapore and practices with a strong focus on patient-centred care.

He is fluent in English and Mandarin and strives to build long-term, trusted relationships with his patients through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
