Dr Chin Yu Xuan is a Family Physician at NHG Yishun Polyclinic. She graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 2017 and completed her Master of Medicine in Family Medicine in 2023.

Her clinical interests include managing chronic diseases through lifestyle and exercise interventions. She believes in empowering patients to take an active role in their health through sustainable habits and personalised care plans.

Dr Chin is also passionate about medical education. She teaches undergraduate medical students from both the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.
