Dr Chan Yan Wing Natalie is a Family Physician at NHG Yishun Polyclinic. She graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2017 with an MBBS and completed her postgraduate training in Family Medicine in 2024. Dr Chan is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons (Ireland).

Her key clinical interests include women’s health and minor surgical procedures, where she is dedicated in providing comprehensive care for her patients. Dr Chan has been recognized as an NHG iCare Champion in 2024 for her commitment to patient care excellence.

Dr Chan is fluent in English and Mandarin and is passionate about improving the healthcare experience for the community.
