Dr Carmen Lim Zhiruo is a Family Physician, Associate Consultant at NHG Hougang Polyclinic. Dr Lim graduated from Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in 2016. She subsequently completed postgraduate training in Family Medicine in 2020 with a Master of Medicine (MMED).

She has a special interest in Paediatrics, striving to enhance patient care in this field. Beyond clinical practice, she serves as a Clinical Tutor for both Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine students and contributes actively to training future medical professionals.
