Dr Chong Wu Siew Louis is a Family Physician at NHG Woodlands Polyclinic. He graduated from Monash University, Melbourne with an MBBS degree in 2015 and subsequently completed postgraduate training in Family Medicine at the National University of Singapore, obtaining his Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine in 2021 and Master of Medicine in Family Medicine in 2025.

With a strong commitment to primary care, Dr Chong has developed a keen interest in infectious diseases and infection control. He currently serves as the Infection Control Lead and is an active member of the Infectious Disease Specialty Advisory Group (SAG), where he contributes to the development of clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives in infection prevention.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr Chong is a passionate educator. He is actively involved in the teaching and supervision of medical students and Family Medicine residents, nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals with a strong foundation in community-based care.
