Dr Treye Teo Wei Ian is a Family Physician at NHG Toa Payoh Polyclinic. Dr Teo graduated from NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (YLLSOM) with an MBBS degree in 2016 and subsequently attained a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine in 2022.

Dr Teo is the clinic’s representative as the Workplace Health Promotion Healthbuzz leader, facilitating and organizing events in optimizing the health of staff. He is also the Lighter Life champ for patients, advocating and helping patients achieve their weight goals.
