Dr Leow Chee Yong is a Family Physician at NHG Serangoon Polyclinic, accredited by the Singapore Family Physician Accreditation Board. He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Malaya, Malaysia, in 2015, and completed his postgraduate training under the Master of Medicine in Family Medicine (MMed-FM) programme at the National University of Singapore.

Dr Leow leads the Minor Procedure Clinic in NHG Serangoon Polyclinic, with a special clinical interest in ambulatory minor surgical procedures and the enhancement of procedural skills within the primary care setting. He also contributes at the cluster level as part of the NHG Polyclinics Special Advisory Group for Minor Procedures, supporting procedural governance and service enhancement.

He is actively involved in medical education and faculty development as a Key Trainer in Serangoon Polyclinic with the Family Medicine Department (FMD), supporting clinic-based training and CME development for Family Medicine colleagues and learners. He also contributes to undergraduate education as an Associate with LKCMedicine and serves as a Clinical Tutor with the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.

He is a Teamlet Lead in the NHG Serangoon Polyclinic module, where he oversees a multidisciplinary care team supporting continuity of care for patients with chronic conditions. His role includes guiding coordinated, relationship-based care, chronic disease management, and team-based workflows involving doctors, care managers, and care coordinators.

He also serves as the NHG Polyclinics After-Hours Critical Result Officer, ensuring timely escalation and management of critical laboratory results after clinic hours to strengthen patient safety and clinical governance.
