Dr Chan Ke Shuang Elizabeth is a Family Physician, Associate Consultant at NHG Hougang Polyclinic. She graduated from NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine with an MBBS degree in 2015 and subsequently completed postgraduate training in Family Medicine in 2019.

To further enhance her expertise, Dr Chan obtained a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health in 2022 and Graduate Diploma in Family Practice Dermatology in 2025. With a strong commitment to patient care, she has developed a keen interest in respiratory medicine, making significant contributions to the Respiratory Special Advisory Group in NHG Polyclinics.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr Chan is a passionate educator and mentor. She serves as a clinical tutor at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, where she contributes actively to training future medical professionals. She is also involved in teaching Family Medicine residents, ensuring the next generation of healthcare professionals are well-equipped.

Recognising her outstanding contributions to public healthcare, Dr Chan has received accolades such as the NHG Teaching Award for Junior Doctors in 2022 and the Best Family Medicine Residency Trainer in 2023. These recognitions reflect her dedication to medical education.
