Dr Khoo Mei Chin Gloria is a Family Physician, Associate Consultant at NHG Hougang Polyclinic. Dr Khoo graduated from National University of Singapore with an MBBS in 2014. She subsequently completed her postgraduate training with a Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) from the National University of Singapore in 2018.

In her clinical practice, Dr Khoo leads a Teamlet in NHG Hougang Polyclinic, focusing on chronic disease management. She runs the memory clinic service, providing care for patients with dementia. As the Second-in-Charge of the Haematology Specialty Advisory Group, she works with Haematology specialists to write clinical practice guidelines for NHG Polyclinics, such as the Approach to Platelet Disorders, and participates in harmonizing referral criteria for haematological conditions to tertiary care.

Dr Khoo is passionate about medical education. She serves as a clinical tutor at both Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, while also contributing as a physician faculty in the NHG Polyclinics Family Medicine Residency Programme. Her dedication to teaching has been recognised with the NHG Teaching Award for Junior Doctors in 2021.

Beyond her clinical and teaching roles, Dr Khoo is interested in environmental sustainability in healthcare. Since 2024, she has been co-leading the Growing Environmental Sustainability in NHG Polyclinics (GREEN) Workgroup, contributing to sustainable healthcare initiatives.
