Dr Li Kexin is a Family Physician at NHG Yishun Polyclinic. He obtained his MBBS from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2014 and completed his Master of Medicine in Family Medicine in 2023.

Dr Li is actively involved in chronic disease management delivered through a of team-based care approach. He also has a special interest in Gastroenterology, serving on his institution's Gastroenterology Specialty Advisory Group. In addition, Dr Li holds roles within his clinic as the Cardiology and Gastroenterology Champion.

Actively involved in medical education, Dr Li holds several teaching appointments across both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has been an examiner for the NHG Polyclinics GDFM and MMed mock examinations. He is also the Faculty Assistant Lead for the Professional Writing & Communications Faculty under the College MMed (Family Medicine) programme. His dedication to education is reflected in his roles as a tutor for LKCMedicine and NUS medical students.

His commitment to clinical quality improvement has earned him recognition at the 2024 NHG Quality Day, where he was part of the team awarded the EIAA for the NHG Tele-AF Collaborative. Additionally, he completed a Clinical Practice Improvement Programme (CPIP) focused on improving Open Access OGD referrals in NHG Yishun Polyclinic.
