Dr Chong Ji Zhong is a Family Physician, Associate Consultant at NHG Serangoon Polyclinic. He received his MBBS from the University of Melbourne in 2013 and completed his postgraduate training (Master of Medicine) in Family Medicine in 2020.

At NHG Polyclinics, Dr Chong contributes significantly to minor surgical procedures workflow, where he is involved in developing clinical practice guidelines and maintaining quality care standards. He also manages the memory clinic at NHG Serangoon Polyclinic, specialising in the diagnosis and management of dementia in the primary care setting.

As a faculty member of the NHG Family Medicine Residency Programme, Dr Chong demonstrates his passion for medical education by mentoring and training the next generation of Family Physicians.
