Dr Tan Wei Jian Jonathan is a Family Physician, Associate Consultant at NHG Kallang Polyclinic. Dr Tan graduated from the National University of Singapore, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine with an MBBS in 2013. He subsequently attained his Masters of Medicine (Family Medicine) in 2020. In addition, he has also gone on to obtain other post-graduate qualifications such as the Graduate Diploma in Mental Health and the Graduate Diploma in Child and Adolescent Health to further hone his skills in these specific areas.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr Tan believes in training future medical professionals and serves as a clinical tutor with the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.
