Dr Lee Siew Choo (Phoebe) is a Family Physician, Associate Consultant at NHG Toa Payoh Polyclinic. She graduated from National University of Malaysia with a Doctor of medicine (M.D) degree in 2012. She completed postgraduate Family Medicine residency training in 2017 and successfully completed Master of Medicine (Family Physician) from National University of Singapore in year 2017. She is a Singapore Family Physician Accreditation Board-certified Family Physician. She has special interest in geriatric care and was awarded Graduate Diploma in Geriatric Medicine in year 2019.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr Lee Siew Choo (Phoebe) is an educator and mentor. She serves as a clinical teacher at Yong Loo Lin School of medicine and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.

Recognizing her contributions to public healthcare, Dr Lee Siew Choo (Phoebe) has received Singapore Health Quality Service Award in 2019.
