Dr Teo Zhi Han is a Family Physician, Associate Consultant at NHG Serangoon Polyclinic. Dr Teo graduated from Monash University, Melbourne with an MBBS in 2010. She subsequently completed postgraduate training in Family Medicine from 2013-2016 and is accredited by the Singapore Medical Council as a Family Physician since.

As part of her professional development, Dr Teo obtained a Graduate Diploma in Family Practice Dermatology (National University, Singapore) in 2018 to further help managed patients with dermatological conditions in the primary care setting. She also has a special interest in sports medicine as she believes change starts from lifestyle, thus completing the Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine (LKC School of Medicine) in 2020. She is currently also in the Renal/Urology Specialty Advisory Group in NHG Polyclinics.

Dr Teo served as Adjunct Teaching Faculty at LKC School of Medicine Jan 2018-2022, educating the undergraduate students and also contributed to medical education as an examiner in the Graduate Diploma Family Medicine examination in 2021.
