Dr Jonathan Chong is a Family Physician at NHG Hougang Polyclinic. He graduated with an MBBS from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2010. He subsequently underwent postgraduate Family Medicine training, obtained the Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) and was awarded the Fellowship of the College of Family Physicians, Singapore (FCFP(S)) in 2023.

As part of his professional development, he also obtained the Graduate Diploma in Family Practice Dermatology.

Dr Chong has served as the Clinic Head of NHG Hougang Polyclinic from 2022. He has interests in clinical quality and optimizing care delivery. He is a member of the Gastroenterology Specialty Advisory Group in NHG Polyclinics and is a member of an NHG collaborative workgroup focused on wound care.
