Dr Lee Sze Han Janan is a Family Physician at NHG Khatib Polyclinic. Dr Lee graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at the National University of Singapore with an MBBS in 2010. He subsequently obtained a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine in 2019 and is accredited by the Family Physicians Accreditation Board of Singapore as a Family Physician.

He sees and treats a wide range of medical conditions including both acute and chronic conditions such as Diabetes Mellitus, hypertension and hyperlipidaemia.

He is also a certified BCLS-AED instructor and instructs BCLS-AED courses under the Primary Care Academy in NHG Polyclinics.
