Dr Liu Changwei is a Family Physician, Consultant at NHG Serangoon Polyclinic. Dr Liu graduated from Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, with an MBBS in 2009. He subsequently completed postgraduate training (Master of Medicine) in Family Medicine in 2014. He is a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians (Singapore).

He manages chronic medical conditions in the primary care setting such as diabetes, hypertension and hyperlipidaemia as well as acute conditions. He also has a passion for undergraduate medical education.
