Dr Yogeswari Selvaganapathi is a Senior Family Physician at NHG Yishun Polyclinic. She graduated from Madras Medical college with an MBBS degree in 1996. She subsequently completed postgraduate training in Family Medicine with GDFM in 2012 (NUS) and is accredited by the Family Physician Accreditation Board as a Family Physician.

She has a clinical interest in treating patients with chronic diseases in a Teamlet model of care and patients attending the Health and Mind clinic, always striving to enhance patient care. She is serving the role of ICAR (Infection Control Associate Representative) currently for Yishun Polyclinic and is a member of the iCARE Team of the clinic.
