Dr Lim Ziliang is a Family Physician and Senior Consultant, currently serving as Head of NHG Yishun Polyclinic. He graduated with an MBBS degree in 2006 and subsequently completed his Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) in 2013. He further enhanced his expertise with a Graduate Diploma in Family Dermatology in 2015. He attained his Fellowship by Assessment at the College of Family Physicians Singapore in 2017.

With a keen interest in the area of Cardiology, Dr Lim leads the Cardiology Specialty Advisory Group, where he makes significant contributions to advancing cardiovascular care in the primary care setting.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr Lim is actively involved in medical education at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Besides being a Resource Person for the Family Medicine Fellowship Programme at the College of Family Physicians Singapore, he also regularly serves as an examiner for the MMed (Family Medicine) and Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine exams. In his role as Associate Faculty at the NHG Institute of Healthcare Quality, Dr Lim champions healthcare quality improvement through training programmes and facilitates project teams in the Clinical Practice Improvement Programme (CPIP).

Dr Lim's contributions to public healthcare have been recognised through numerous accolades, including the Health Manpower Development Plan (Medical Award) in 2017, NHG Young Achiever Award and Inter-professional Teaching Award in 2019, and NHG Leaders Development Award in 2022. His exceptional service during the COVID-19 pandemic was acknowledged with the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2023. His commitment to quality improvement and innovation is reflected in recent awards including the NHG Polyclinics OurCare Quality Improvement Champion (2023, 2024), NHG Excellence in Action Award (Team) and NHG Innovate Award in 2024.
