Dr Neesha Maganlal is a Family Physician and Senior Staff member at NHG Woodlands Polyclinic. She graduated from University Malaya with an MBBS in 2001 and subsequently completed postgraduate diploma training in Family Medicine (GDFM) in 2010. Dr Neesha has been accredited by the Family Physicians Accreditation Board as a Family Physician since 2011.

In a field that demands both precision and passion, Dr Neesha stands out as a true lifelong learner with multiple postgraduate diplomas across diverse specialties. These include a Graduate Diploma in Dermatology (2012), the recipient of the Book Prize Award for the Graduate Diploma in Geriatrics (2017), and a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health (2022) to meet the evolving needs of modern healthcare. She has a special interest in dermatology and is currently a member of the College of Family Physicians of Singapore.

Beyond her clinical role, Dr Neesha has also been deeply involved in quality improvement projects and has received several Care Quality Improvement Project Awards. She has also earned recognition for her poster presentations at the Singapore Health & Biomedical Congress (SHBC) over the years.

Dr Neesha’s commitment to excellence is also reflected in her receipt of numerous non-clinical awards, most notably the Patient Care Award (Way of Being and ICARE awards), which honors her exceptional dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality care to her patients.
