Dr Jason Chan Meng Huey is the Programme Director of the National Healthcare Group (NHG) Family Medicine Residency. Dr Chan graduated from the National University of Singapore's Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine with an MBBS in 2002. He subsequently completed postgraduate training in Family Medicine, obtaining his Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) in 2010, and is accredited by the Family Physicians Accreditation Board. He further enhanced his expertise with a Graduate Diploma in Family Practice Dermatology in 2015 and a Master of Health Professionals Education from the University of Maastricht in 2017.

He is a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians Singapore (FCFP) since 2022 and has a special interest in respiratory health, COPD and asthma management. He is involved in NHG Respiratory Health Steering Committee and Singapore National Asthma Programme. As a competent academic, he serves as a Clinical Lecturer at the National University of Singapore and has received multiple teaching accolades, including the NHG Teaching Award for Senior Doctors.
