Dr Colin Tan is a Family Physician at NHG Ang Mo Kio Polyclinic. He graduated from National University Singapore and subsequently completed postgraduate training in Family Medicine. He was conferred as a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians (Singapore) (FCFPS) in 2007.

He has a keen interest in managing patients with multiple chronic diseases as well as mental health.
