Tang Wern Ee is a Family Physician, Senior Consultant and Director of the Clinical Research Unit and Information Management and Analytics at NHG Polyclinics. She graduated from the National University of Singapore with an MMBS in 1996. She subsequently completed her Masters in Medicine, Family Medicine in 2001 and was conferred Fellow of the College of Family Physician (Singapore) in 2004. She completed her Masters in Health Professions Education (MGH Institute of Health Professions) in 2013.

She has special interests in research in chronic disease management, health literacy and health services research in primary care.
