Adj A/Prof Lim Fong Seng is a Family Physician, Senior Consultant at NHG Kallang Polyclinic. Adj A/Prof Lim graduated from National University of Singapore with an MBBS in 1990. He subsequently completed postgraduate training in Family Medicine in 1997 and is accredited by the Academy of Medicine, Singapore. He is a Fellow of both the College of Family Physicians, Singapore and the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.

He teaches undergraduate and post-graduate students in Family Medicine and is an examiner for the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine and Fellowship of the College of Family Physicians, Singapore.
