Dr Tan Siok Cheng Yvonne is a Family Physician, Senior Staff at NHG Polyclinics. Dr Tan graduated from National University of Singapore with an MBBS in 1989.

She subsequently completed postgraduate training and attained her Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) in 2013. She is accredited by the Family Physicians Accreditation Board (FPAB).
