Dr Kwan Pek Yee is a Family Physician, Principal Staff at NHG Yishun Polyclinic. She graduated from National University of Singapore with an MBBS degree in 1985 and subsequently completed postgraduate training with a Diploma in Family Medicine in 2008.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr Kwan is a passionate volunteer in overseas medical mission to rural communities which often lack medical care. She has served in Nepal, Cambodia and the Philippines. For this she was awarded the Healthcare Humanity Award in 2017.

In the area of leadership, Dr Kwan had taken on key administrative roles. She previously served as Deputy Head at NHG Ang Mo Kio Polyclinic and then as Head of NHG Yishun Polyclinic, where she was instrumental in department growth, care transformation and building development.

Currently Dr Kwan is a full time clinician at NHG Yishun Polyclinic with special interest in Chronic disease management.
