Dr Zheng Yiliang graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Monash University, Australia with First Class Honours in 2015. In 2018, he obtained his postgraduate degrees of Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (United Kingdom) and Master of Medicine (Internal Medicine, Singapore). Dr Zheng completed his Internal Medicine Residency at SingHealth in 2020 and subsequently completed his Cardiology Senior Residency at National University Health System (NUHS) in 2023. He was awarded Testamur status in 2024 upon successful completion of the Examination of Special Competence in Adult Echocardiography under the National Board of Echocardiography. He is currently an Associate Consultant with the Department of Cardiology at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.

He has a wide range of clinical and research interests, including cardiac imaging, echocardiography, heart failure and critical care cardiology. Beyond his work as a clinician, Dr Zheng is passionate about medical education and is actively involved in both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. He currently serves as Clinical Lecturer with the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Physician Faculty of the NHG Health (NHG) Residency Programme.
