Biodata
Dr Selene Teoh graduated from the University of Malaya and completed her Internal Medicine training and Senior Residency in Renal Medicine in Singapore. She is currently a Senior Consultant Nephrologist at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. She is a recipient of the Healthcare Manpower Development Programme award and completed her Fellowship in Glomerular Diseases at the Hong Kong University in 2024. She currently leads the Glomerulonephritis programme at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.Dr Teoh's clinical and research interest span the fields of glomerular diseases, focusing on lupus nephritis and nephrotic syndrome; diabetic nephropathy, chronic kidney disease, and peritoneal dialysis. She is also involved in medical education and holds academic appointments as Clinical Lecturer for the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Adjunct Senior Lecturer for the NTU Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. She previously served as Associate Programme Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Programme from 2020-2023 and received the NHG Health teaching award for Senior Doctors in 2021.
