Dr Laurence Tan Lean Chin is a Senior Consultant and Head of Division in the Supportive and Palliative Medicine Division, Department of Geriatric Medicine at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.

He serves as an Adjunct Educator at both the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. He is actively involved in research and quality improvement. His publications and research interests lie in palliative rehabilitation, swallowing impairment and quality of life measures.​
