Dr Grace Tan graduated from the National University of Singapore and completed her Nephrology training with NHG Health. She completed her fellowship in Home Haemodialysis in Hong Kong. She currently serves as the Senior Consultant Nephrologist and Head of Section of Nephrology, Department of General Medicine at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.

Dr Tan's interests lies in hemodialysis. She played a key role in establishing the Acute Hemodialysis Unit at KTPH and Commnuity Hemodialysis unit at Yishun Community Hospital, as well as the intermittent dialysis service in the ICU.

Her research interest lies in incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) to guide the management of dialysis patients and she has been awarded two research grants.
