Dr Philip Yap is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Geriatric Medicine at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, specialising in the care of older adults. He is also an Adjunct Scientist at the Geriatric Education & Research Institute, and Adjunct Associate Professor at the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and the NTU Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.He is a geriatrician and palliative care physician whose interests lie in dementia, frailty, long term care & end of life care. He has published more than 150 peer-reviewed articles in the areas of dementia, geriatric medicine & gerontology.
