Dr Mon Mon Oo is a Consultant Urologist. She graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2010 and was elected a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2013. She then went on to complete her Urology Residency under the NHG Health in 2020. Her areas of interest in Urology are urinary tract stone diseases, urological cancers and benign prostate hyperplasia. She was awarded the Healthcare Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) Fellowship in 2023 and trained at the European Training Centre in Endourology under the mentorship of Dr Guido Giusti and Dr Silvia Proietti in Milan, Italy, specialising in the area of advanced endourology for stone surgery.

She is also actively involved in Urology Residency training and undergraduate education. She holds teaching positions with both Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (NUS) as Clinical Senior Lecturer and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine as Clinical Teacher, Content Expert and Clinical Practice Facilitator.​
