Dr Low Huey Moon is a highly recognised authority in the field of Maxillofacial Prosthodontics. She was the pioneer specialist in Ocular Prosthetics in Singapore. She is currently the Visiting Consultant to KK Women's and Children's Hospital's Department of Ophthalmology.

Dr Low holds a Master's degree (MDS) in Prosthodontics from the National University of Singapore. She also holds a HMDP Fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthodontics from the University of Texas, Dental Oncology Department at MD Anderson Cancer Center of the United States. Since then, she has gained substantial and valuable experience via attachments in highly distinguished Universities and Medical Centres overseas. One of her special attachments is with iRSM (Institute for Reconstructive Sciences in Medicine) at Edmonton, Canada.

With over 30 years of working experience, Dr Low has created her own unique skills and management methodology in providing intraoral and extraoral facial prostheses for the prosthetic reconstruction of her patients. This is particularly challenging in the provision of ocular prosthesis replacement, including the follow-up management for infants and children in her care.

While Dr Low is a prominent figure in the field of Maxillofacial Prosthodontics and Ocular Prosthetics, she is equally brilliant in her unique approach to denture-restoring services for the geriatric community. Dr Low is also a highly motivational and inspirational lecturer.​
