Dr Ho Peiyan is a dually accredited geriatrician and palliative physician committed to improving healthcare for older adults across hospital and community settings. In addition to her clinical duties in the hospital, she provides comprehensive consultation services to nursing homes, ensuring that elderly patients receive individualised, person-centered care tailored to their needs.

Beyond her clinical responsibilities, Dr Ho is actively engaged in education and research. As an adjunct lecturer at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, and the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University, she helps shape the next generation of medical professionals by sharing her expertise in geriatric and palliative care.

Dr Ho’s leadership in the field is exemplified by her participation in the prestigious Singapore Chief Resident Program, which highlights her contributions to medical education and healthcare management. She is also a passionate advocate for person-centered care.
