Dr Cindy Ho graduated from NUS Bachelor of dental surgery (BDS) in 2009, she was awarded Distinction in Clinical Dentistry in the same year. She served her bond in National Dental Centre(NDC) and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) between 2009-2012 in general dentistry and pediatric dentistry. Following which, she conferred her Masters of Orthodontics (MDS) from NUS in 2015 and has been a member of the royal college of surgeons Edinburgh since. She also published in American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics(AJODO) in 2017. She was accredited as a specialist in Orthodontics under the dental specialist accreditation board from 2018 onwards. She has been practicing as an Orthodontist in Khoo Teck Puat Hospital from 2015 till date.​
