Biodata
Dr Ang Yan Hoon is a Senior Consultant in the department of Geriatric Medicine, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
She has an interest in community geriatrics. She is instrumental in the development of the Hospital-to-Home program as well as the KTPH@Home program (a hospital-at-Home program). Her research interest is in evaluation of new programmes to improve health outcomes and support aging-in-place for the older population.
