Q: Can I nominate more than one person or organisation?
A: Yes, you can submit multiple nominations. Each nomination requires a separate form.
Q: Can I nominate myself?
A: Yes, for Community Awards, you can nominate yourself if you meet the eligibility criteria. For Organisation Awards, organisations self-nominate their initiatives.
Q: What if I miss the deadline?
A: Unfortunately, late submissions cannot be accepted. Please ensure your nomination is submitted by 22 March 2026, 2359hrs.
Q: Will I be notified if my nomination is received?
A: Yes, you will receive an automated confirmation email upon successful submission.
Q: Can I edit my nomination after submission?
A: No, nominations cannot be edited after submission. Please review carefully before submitting. If you need to make significant changes, contact us at nhggroup.15m@nhghealth.com.sg
Q: What if there are fewer than 5 worthy nominees for Community Awards?
A: We reserve the right to present fewer awards if there are insufficient nominations that meet our criteria. Quality is more important than quantity.
Q: Can groups be nominated for Community Awards?
A: Yes, both individuals and groups can be nominated. For group nominations, please describe the group's collective contributions and provide details of key members if relevant.
Q: The person I want to nominate doesn't live in Central or North Singapore. Can I still nominate them?
A: Yes, as long as their contributions benefit residents in the NHG Health region (Central and North Singapore).
Q: Can I nominate someone who volunteers as part of their job?
A: No, contributions must be beyond paid employment or formal job responsibilities. However, if someone goes significantly above and beyond their job scope in their own time, this may be considered.
Q: What if I can't find a verifier?
A: Contact us at nhggroup.15m@nhghealth.com.sg and we'll help you identify an appropriate verifier.
Q: Can a family member be a verifier?
A: No, verifiers should be independent individuals who have witnessed the nominee's community contributions, such as community partners, grassroots leaders, or representatives from organisations the nominee has worked with.
Q: What if the nominee doesn't want publicity?
A: Award recipients are expected to participate in reasonable publicity activities. If the nominee has concerns about publicity, please discuss this with them before nominating and contact us to discuss accommodations.
Q: Can we submit nominations for multiple award categories?
A: Yes, your organisation can submit separate nominations for different categories, but each nomination should focus on a specific initiative or programme.
Q: How do we know if we're part of the community health network?
A: If you've partnered with NHG Health or participated in community health initiatives in Central and North Singapore, you're likely eligible. If you're unsure, contact us at nhggroup.15m@nhghealth.com.sg
Q: Can we nominate an initiative that's still ongoing?
A: Yes, as long as the initiative was active during 2025 and you can demonstrate outcomes or impact achieved during that period.
Q: What kind of evidence should we provide for the Impact Award?
A: Evidence can include participant feedback, testimonials, attendance records, survey results, health outcomes data, case studies, or any other documentation that demonstrates positive change. Both quantitative and qualitative evidence are valued.
Q: Our initiative involved innovation, collaboration AND impact. Which category should we choose?
A: Choose the category that best represents what you're most proud of or what was most significant about your initiative. Focus your nomination on demonstrating excellence in that particular aspect.
Q: When will I know if the nomination is successful?
A: Shortlisted nominees will be notified between 6 April and 18 May 2026. All nominees will be informed of the outcome before the awards ceremony.
Q: What happens if a nominee is selected?
A: Selected nominees will be contacted for an interview and will be invited to attend the awards ceremony on 29 May 2026. They may also be asked to participate in publicity activities such as photography and interviews.
Q: What if a selected recipient cannot attend the ceremony?
A: Recipients are expected to attend the ceremony. If there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us immediately at nhggroup.15m@nhghealth.com.sg to discuss alternatives.
Q: Can award recipients use the award in their publicity materials?
A: Yes, recipients may state that they are a 15M Awards recipient in their materials, but must clearly state the award category and year (e.g., "15M Awards 2026 - Community Award Recipient").
