Established in 2005, the HSOR department provides evidence-based support for decision-making and knowledge translation within NHG Health. Our research advances health services by examining healthcare delivery, access, financing, and their impact on patient outcomes, care quality, and system costs.

Team
The HSOR team comprises professionals in medicine, pharmacy, epidemiology, public health, psychology, sociology, behavioural sciences, health economics, biostatistics, mathematics, data and computer science, and operations research.
