Dr Nur Azizah is the Deputy Chief of Rheumatology and Consultant Rheumatologist and Allergist at Woodlands Hospital (WH) with a special clinical interest in connective tissue diseases.

She obtained her medical degree in 2015 and Master of Medicine in 2017 from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. She completed her Internal Medicine residency in 2018, during which she received the Residency Excellence Award, and subsequently completed her Rheumatology residency training at the National University of Hospital in 2021. Dr Azizah was awarded the Ministry of Health, Singapore Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) fellowship and has completed her advanced training in connective tissue diseases at University College Hospital, London in 2024. She has also completed a second specialty training in Allergy and Immunology in Singapore in 2025.

Dr Azizah also serves as the Clinical Lead for the Outpatient Procedure Centre in WH and has established policies and work processes for the safe delivery of ambulatory services. She remains involved in medical education and is an active contributor to the rheumatology community. She has been appointed as the ambassador representing Singapore on the Asia Pacific League of Associations for Rheumatology (APLAR) Young Rheumatologists (AYR) Committee and serves on various local executive committees.

Dr Nur Azizah speaks English, Tamil, Mandarin and Malay.
