Dr Mohan practises Emergency Medicine with special interests in innovation and process redesign. In addition, he is a Clinical Associate Professor at the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Adjunct Associate Professor at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, National Technological University.
Prior to joining Woodlands Hospital in 2014, Dr Mohan was the chief of the Accident & Emergency Department at Changi General Hospital from 2008 to 2014 and Chairman of the Emergency Medicine Residency programme from 2012 to 2022.
He has won many awards at hospital, cluster and national level as well as during his active years as the Deputy Chief Medical Officer (NS) of the SCDF.
Dr Mohan speaks English, Mandarin and Malay.
