Dr Fernando Loo is an Associate Consultant with the Department of Endocrinology at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. He graduated in Medicine from the University of Glasgow in 2017 and became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians in 2022. He completed his specialty training in Endocrinology in 2026.

Dr Loo is actively involved in teaching medical students from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, and is a co-investigator in studies related to bone metabolism and endocrinology. Within the cluster, Dr Loo is involved in healthcare IT and digital transformation as a member of the Healthcare Informatics Network. Dr Loo has also served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Endocrine and Metabolic Society of Singapore since 2024.
