Adj A/Prof Leong Khai Pang received his undergraduate medical education from the National University of Singapore. In 1993, he started training as a rheumatologist in Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). He helped his supervisor Professor Chng Hiok Hee start the first clinical allergy and immunology service in the country. He was appointed Head of the Clinical Immunology Laboratory in TTSH since 1997. He was the director of research of TTSH from 2005 to 2019. He started the Personalised Medicine Service, incorporating the Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory, in TTSH in 2015. He was president of the Singapore Society of Rheumatology, President from 2012 to 2018.
